Fall Self-Care

We are coming into the Autumn season! If you are in Arizona, like me, you are still seeing those extreme heat waves, but we are starting to see some rain and the weather will start to cool soon! This means more opportunity to be outdoors in the near future, and so many more opportunities for self-care.
Simply being outdoors can be beneficial for our mental health. Walking in the grass at the park, walking our dogs, or taking a hike are wonderful options for self-care. Also, it is the season for pumpkin patches and apple picking. Not only does the outdoors become more accessible, but the little treats get better! All things pumpkin!
As the weather cools, we will be exploring some options for yoga in the park. Keep an eye out on our events page!
Whatever the method you choose, self-care is important. Get out there and take care of you. Move your body, connect with loved ones, get yourself a little treat, and if you need a little extra support, reach out!
